After Placing an Order
After you place your order, you should receive an email acknowledgment within one business day to confirm that we are processing your order. The message will contain the details of your order including the total amount that will be billed to your credit card including tax, shipping and handling. This message will be your receipt. A receipt will also be included with your purchase. Be sure to keep your receipt as you will need it if you require warranty service.
Synchrotech's policy is one of ongoing product update and revision. Synchrotech may modify, revise, or discontinue products at any time. Synchrotech will notify you if an order cannot be fulfilled due to product discontinuation or availability.
Prices quoted on the Website do not include taxes. All prices are stated and payable in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, due to the volatility of the computer market.
Orders placed in California are subject to sales tax.
Shipping and Handling
Separate charges for shipping and handling will be added to the cost of the order. Generally, all orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday. We're sorry, but Synchrotech is unable to deliver to PO, APO, or FPO Boxes. All orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via air at the rate for Next Day or Two Day Express Delivery.
Regular orders will be shipped via Fedex Saver and should arrive within 3-7 business days depending on destination.
Rush orders will be shipped via air. Rush orders placed by 4:00pm Pacific Time will be delivered within two business days if Two Day Delivery or the next business day if Next Day Delivery.
We use standard Fedex Rates for all shipping.
Synchrotech accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club as the payment options for your purchase. Your credit card will not be charged until the product is shipped.
15-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
The Product comes with a 15-day Money Back Guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of this Product, you may return it to Synchrotech and obtain a full refund of the original purchase price of the Product, excluding shipping and handling charges. The item must be returned undamaged, with all included original items, in the original packaging. Items returned after 15 days, and items that do not meet the above qualifications, are subject to a restock fee. This fee is determined based on the merchantability of the item and is typically 20% or less of the purchase price. Call to receive a RMA number for the item you want to return. Include complete contents of the product including original packaging and package inserts. Carefully, pack the contents in the original, or otherwise secure carton. Inside the package, include the RMA number on the order invoice, noting the quantity being returned and the reason for the return. For faster processing of your return, address the package by attaching the return label provided with clear tape or glue. Ship only insured and prepaid. You will not be eligible for a refund if the product is lost or damaged during the return shipment. The package should be shipped to Synchrotech at 7536 Tyrone Ave, Van Nuys, CA 91405. Upon receipt of the returned Product by Synchrotech, a refund will be made by crediting the credit card account number used for the original purchase. Synchrotech reserves the right to make the determination of undamaged condition and may reduce the credit to you if the Product is not returned in undamaged condition or if all contents of the Product are not returned.
The Product is subject to the terms of the warranty that is expressly stated on, packaged with, or accompanies the Product. SYNCHROTECH DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Unless otherwise provided in the applicable Product warranty, the Product purchased under this agreement is eligible for warranty service only within the United States. The software included with any Product is subject to the license agreement that is part of the package. Unless specifically stated as otherwise on individual product pages, products come with a one year limited warranty.
